Executive Pastor of Ministries | 2015 - Present

• Hired as Student Pastor in 2015. Promoted to Family Pastor in 2019, Associate Pastor in 2022, and then Executive Pastor of Ministries in 2025. 

• Led the strategic acquisition and ongoing revitalization of a sister church (50–75 attendees) 25 minutes away; helped oversee integration, staffing, and growth strategy while maintaining unity across both locations.

• Served on the Executive Leadership Team as primary leader for ministries and operations; directly or indirectly oversaw 20+ full-time and part-time staff members, 450+ volunteers, and $2 million annual budget.

• Implemented church-wide assimilation, missional community, and discipleship strategy that contributed to 58% attendance growth since 2020 and 70+ baptisms in 2025.

• Preached regularly in main worship services (800+ average attendance across two services); previously preached weekly to 200+ students and leaders in Student Ministry (2015–2024).

• Directly oversaw team responsible for church-wide communication, marketing, assimilation, small groups, and adult/leader Growth Class curriculum. 

• Grew annual adult Growth Class participation from ~60 (2022) to over 300 (2025)

• Mobilized a multi-church local camp/mission trip where 18 churches partnered together for discipleship and to serve the city with over 175 students and over 40 adult leaders in the aftermath of the COVID-19 shutdowns. 

• Hired and developed 6 Pastoral Residents/Interns who transitioned into full-time pastoral ministry (two now serving at our church as pastors and 4 found other assignments from church planting to churches as large as 3000+). 

Lead Admin | 2013 - 2015

• Budget and finance manager for all operations within the Center for Ministry Training (Annual Budget over $600,000)

• Assist in the planning, leading, supporting, and executing of over 20 ministry trips and 15+ Local/Domestic Outreach Teams

• Human Resource Manager for (10) full-time staff members assisting in hiring, payroll, and developing and maintaining job descriptions
